Agreement to these Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Virow, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and have the legal ability to agree to these Terms. If you are under 18, you may use Virow only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. Virow does not represent that it verifies every user's age.

Accounts

You may sign in using supported Apple, Google, or email authentication. You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting access to your account, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use. Do not share passwords, verification codes, or authentication tokens.

You may permanently delete your account in Virow Settings. Virow may restrict or suspend an account when reasonably necessary because of material misuse, a security risk, suspected fraud or abuse, or a legal requirement.

The Virow service

Virow is a co-creation tool that turns creator-supplied ideas into Content Packs and helps refine them. A Pack may include a Hook, Opening, Script, Visuals, Caption, Suggested Hashtags, and Insight. Features may also let you save or schedule Pack content.

Virow does not promise virality, follower growth, revenue, a particular performance result, uninterrupted availability, or factual perfection. AI-generated material can contain errors, so review it before publishing or relying on it.

Creator content and rights

You retain the ownership and other rights you already have in ideas and other content you submit to Virow. Using Virow does not transfer ownership of your original content to Virow.

You grant Virow a limited, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and otherwise use your submitted content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service. This license does not grant Virow a right to use your content for unrelated publicity or marketing. It ends when the content is no longer reasonably needed for those purposes, subject to limited retention described in the Privacy Policy.

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use outputs generated for you by Virow. AI output may not be unique, and another user or service may receive similar material. Virow does not promise that an output qualifies for copyright or other exclusive rights. You are responsible for having the rights needed for content you submit and for reviewing outputs before use.

Acceptable use

You may not use Virow to:

• violate the law or another person's rights;
• infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights;
• harm, harass, defraud, exploit, or impersonate others;
• distribute malicious code or harmful technical content;
• interfere with the service or its security or infrastructure;
• attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data; or
• misuse service APIs or circumvent access or usage controls.

AI output and your responsibility

AI-generated content can be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate, or similar to content generated for others. You are responsible for evaluating, editing, and deciding whether to publish or rely on it. Virow is a creative tool, not legal, medical, financial, or other regulated professional advice. Creators remain responsible for what they publish.

Paid services and subscriptions

Virow may offer paid subscriptions or features. Before a purchase, the applicable purchase screen will disclose the price, billing period, any available trial, and included access. Native-app subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play and may renew automatically unless canceled in the applicable store's subscription settings.

Refunds are generally handled under the applicable app store's rules, except where law requires otherwise. Taxes, displayed currency, and regional pricing may vary by store and location.

Availability and changes

Virow may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features or the service, subject to applicable law and existing paid-service obligations. No specific feature, AI model, or third-party provider is promised to remain available permanently.

Termination

You may stop using Virow at any time and may terminate your account by deleting it in Settings. Virow may suspend or terminate access for a material violation of these Terms, fraud, abuse, a security risk, or a legal requirement.

Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination remain in effect, including provisions about ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and disputes.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virow is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Virow disclaims implied warranties to the extent they may lawfully be disclaimed. Virow does not guarantee that generated content will be error-free, perform well, be unique, or suit every purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kyle Wheeler and Virow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunities, arising from or related to the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Kyle Wheeler and Virow for all claims arising from or related to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for Virow during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) US $100. These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Kyle Wheeler from third-party claims arising from your unlawful content, your violation of a third party's rights, or your material violation of these Terms. This does not require you to indemnify Virow for its own unlawful conduct.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where the consumer-protection law where you live requires otherwise. Disputes may be brought in an ordinary court of competent jurisdiction. These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive any non-waivable consumer right.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as Virow changes or as legal requirements evolve. The effective date will be revised when updated Terms take effect. Where legally permitted, continuing to use Virow after an update takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
