Reset your password
Select Forgot password? on Virow's sign-in screen and follow the instructions sent to your email.
Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Virow account from Settings in the app. Account deletion cannot be undone.
Deleting Virow does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage any active subscription in the applicable store.

Reporting a problem
Email support@virow.ai and, when useful, include:
- what you were trying to do;
- what happened instead;
- your device and iOS version, if relevant;
- a screenshot; and
- any Virow support or request code shown in the app.
KEEP YOUR ACCOUNT SECURE
Never send passwords or verification codes by email. Virow support will never ask you for them.Still need help?
